Great place for young kids. Lots of rides that are age appropriate and amazing lego kits to buy. I have a 3 and 6 year old and they didn't feel overwhelmed with their experience. Wait time for rides were not too long and they have a lot of helpful personnel. Place was clean and enjoyable.

Enjoyed indoor rides, outside was just ok. When the place was built I'm sure there were trees everywhere. Where did they all go? It would have been nice to have some shade in the park, even if it can't be natural anymore. It was also very hot and almost every water refill station was empty. You need to make it more comfortable for your guests, maybe some misting stations. How about putting up some shade cover over the line areas so people aren't roasting while waiting in line. The park also closed at 6 on the day we were there for no good reason I could think of. It was before Labor Day, still light out til about 8 and it was very crowded. More time, because of lines, would have been nice.

Hello, Thank You for visiting LEGOLAND New York Resort and for sharing your feedback. We value the feedback of all of our guests and are always looking for ways to improve the guest experience. Shade is a major priority for us and we are in the process of adding more shading structures throughout the park. We also added fans to some of the ride queues and a water misting station on the LEGO Friends Path. If you ever need a break from the heat we suggest heading to one of our indoor attractions or to LEGO Pirates to go on Splash Battle and Rogue Riders. We hope that you will come back and give us another chance. If there is anything further that you would like to discuss please send an email to: [email protected]. Kristen | Guest Excellence Manager

The lines were way too long. We went on Wednesday and had to wait an hour for even the small rides. A lot of time was wasted loading and unloading. Even if a queue area wasn't full, the wait was still over an hour meaning that they anticipated having many more people waiting to ride. But how long did they expect people to wait? 2 hours? It goes to show the design was for more people which means the loading and off loading of people was what was taking too long. What will happen on a busy weekend? This is a park designed for young people (ages 2-12). Young people are not designed for long waiting periods. The solution to the lines was spending MORE money on Reserve n Ride privileges; basically line jumping for money. Ummm no. Fix the system not make customers pay even more for the basics of the amusement park - riding rides. That's ridiculous and poor business plan (maybe get some more money initially, but lose far more in repeat business). The positives - clean well thought out design Enough water stations and in a variety of places Enough bathrooms and in good locations A large ride in each "land" Shows were funny and quick - not took quick but not too long Lots of artificial shade and fans to make up for young landscaping Parking was ample and efficient arriving in the morning Permanent, sturdy baby changing stations were awesome to use Center hub will be really useful when it is completed to allow direct access between lands without having to walk through areas you may have already visited
