We had a great time and really enjoyed everything. Our favorite was the boat ride with the cannons, and I loved the photo op with Lego cop. The kids loved the roller coaster and playing with legos in the play building. The park did need more shade, but trees are planted and needs time to grow.

Hello Charlene, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a 5-star review! We're happy to hear you enjoyed your visit with us, especially the water cannons and photo op! There's so many places to build and get creative, we're glad to know your children enjoyed this activity. We thank you for your insight, we've recently added in shading structures throughout Miniland, as well as convenient pathways to assist with navigating to different areas of the park. We hope to see you again to build more memories and experience new! Guest Excellence Team

We absolutely love this park! The rides are amazing and the games, shopping meet and greets, and building legos activities and scavenger hunts for holidays in mini land is awesome! The holiday parties are awesome! There is fireworks in the shape of LEGO bricks! My only critique is that the food is not great and expensive but my two favorite places are Everything tacos and Grubhub grill. One of my tips is to come in July if you really want to get ice cream because they aren’t open usually before that. There is a water park coming out next summer as well! Please come and visit this park and maybe the resort!

We wanted more. The rides seem small - not just small like meant for you get kids (under ~9) but also few riders per ride. There aren't that many rides for the price. It's not huge and we were there on a Thursday in the summer and the max wait was 5-10 mins. That's great but we got there at opening (10am) and didn't rush and ate a nice lunch and we did nearly every ride by 3pm. It's a lot of concrete and it was hot! Even being such a new park, nearly every ride had seats that weren't being used due to disrepair. The Lego factory tour ride was cute but so fast the kids had a hard time understanding what they were seeing and hearing. The food was just ok though there was god variety (we had pizza and an Asian inspired rice bowl). We enjoyed the brick lab that gave kids time to chill out and build and then test their build on a track or against an earthquake etc. We did appreciate that the test drive cars were electric and even included EV chargers!! We also loved that most of the rides were interactive and required you to do something not just sit and ride. There's construction on all corners so it seems like they are expanding soon -- maybe they should have waited to open until they did that. Good for a day - wouldn't do more than that for now and they need rides that serve more people and some older kids.

Hello, Thank You for visiting LEGOLAND New York Resort and for sharing your feedback. We will continually be adding to our park every year! Since your visit we have made several enhancements to the park including shading structures in Miniland, a water misting station on the LEGO Friends Path and opened the Hub. The Hub is a centralized area that has a staircase from LEGO Ninjago to LEGO City and a pathway from Miniland to LEGO Castle. This allows for an easier way to navigate the park. If there is anything further that you would like to discuss or if you have any suggestions on how we can improve please send an email to: [email protected]. Kristen | Guest Excellence Manager
