Other exciting adventures include iconic rides such as The Dragon Coaster in LEGO® Castle and LEGO® NINJAGO® World’s LEGO® NINJAGO® The Ride. Children can then head to LEGO® City to expand their imaginations and earn their very own LEGOLAND® Driver’s License at Driving School, team up to save the day at Fire Rescue Academy and catch LEGO movies in 4D at Palace Cinema.
This year there is an all-new water playground in LEGO® City this Summer: Guests will be able to build and race a LEGO boat, splash on a water slide and be doused by a giant water bucket!

• Round trip bus transportation is provided from Port Authority Bus Terminal New York City: 625 8th Avenue New York, NY
• Port Authority gate for transportation to LEGOLAND New York is 409. Please check board at terminal to confirm.
• Must visit ticket booths at Port Authority to obtain bus ticket located 1st floor, South building, Booths 11-15.
• Please check https://www.legoland.com/new-york/ for any updates.
• Must visit the park on scheduled date.
• The bus departs Port Authority at 9:30 AM, 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM. Return buses from LEGOLAND New York are at 3:45 PM, 5 PM and 6:15 PM.
Please note: on Saturdays and Sundays ONLY, there is also a 7:15 PM bus option.

Overall, we had a good experience, but Lego Land not prepared for Rosh Hashanah. Overheard staff members share that 5,000 to 6,000 people were expected to be at Lego Land, but they were understaffed, especially for the food stations. We had to wait over an hour for a slice of pizza at Brickbeard’s Food Market - one teenager was running the pizza station and took his sweet time to place each slice of pepperoni on the pizza - he saw the long line and mouthed the words “oh my god.” Any holidays where schools are closed, it’s going to be important to ensure that the park has enough staff. It’s useful to have the Lego Land app downloaded on your phone to have an estimate of the wait times. Sometimes the wait times weren’t super accurate - not sure if the app was just a means of crowd control. The WiFi at both Lego Land and the hotel isn’t great, it’s through a company called Purple that collects your personal data.

The place was clean , plenty of rides. We took 2 day tickets, Their main ride, Dragon which we were excited to try was closed both days because of technical issues. We got on 2 rides but had to get off because of power failure. One of the rides was midway when power failure occurred and we were asked to get off. The 4 D experience was not running again because of the power failure. On our second day, our son wanted to do 'Splash Battle'. When we showed up at the ride, the staff was not sure whether or not the ride is operating. ( this was at noon - 2 hours post opening time). As we started walking back, someone signaled to us that they are operating now. Overall for the pirce, I found the park fairly mismanaged. Also - 2 days would definitely be an overkill and a one day ticket would have been just okay for us in hindsight.

The park is one of the best amusement park I have ever been too. The place is extremely clean and they have a lot of rides for kids of all ages. Park is bigger than it appears, so you must have comfortable shoes. Also give yourself 6 to 7 hours to experience the entire park.
