What To Expect

The Roaming Table

Our expert tour guides will navigate your through the historic Village of Lewiston. On our three hour tour we will learn about the rich history of this quintessential small town. You will learn about Lewiston’s role on the Underground Railroad, the War of 1812 and even its ties to the Mafia! Lewiston is also known for its amazing restaurants. There are over 30 restaurants in a half mile radius! We will stop at “mom and pop” shops, waterfront eateries, chef owned restaurants, bustling coffee shops and much more. At each stop we will sample generous portions of food (along with drink pairings at 2 stops), enough for a filling lunch!

This is a must do while in Lewiston. We had a lovely afternoon touring Lewiston with Chris and Alicia. Great food, great history, and some exercise so you don't feel so guilty about all the delicious food! We had so much fun with our group. I'd definitely do this again in a heartbeat!

Just got back from Lewiston, NY for my future daughter-in-law's bachelorette party. We did "The Roaming Table", a food tasting & cultural walking tour. Excellent! Chris and Alicia are wonderful tour guides with great information about the town, the restaurants and the history of the town and the people in Lewiston. Don't miss it!

The Lewiston food tour was better than I imagined it would be. It was a nice long, relaxed tour of the quant town w/ many delicious samples of various food and drinks. Plus we learned a little history of the town which was very interesting. The tour was a nice length and pace which gave us time to digest all of the samples and get to know Chris and Alicia who were a delight. I would recommend this tour to anyone - foodies and non-foodies alike.
