What To Expect

The Roaming Table

Our expert tour guides will navigate your through the historic Village of Lewiston. On our three hour tour we will learn about the rich history of this quintessential small town. You will learn about Lewiston’s role on the Underground Railroad, the War of 1812 and even its ties to the Mafia! Lewiston is also known for its amazing restaurants. There are over 30 restaurants in a half mile radius! We will stop at “mom and pop” shops, waterfront eateries, chef owned restaurants, bustling coffee shops and much more. At each stop we will sample generous portions of food (along with drink pairings at 2 stops), enough for a filling lunch!

What a great time my friends and I had on this tour! The food and drinks were fantastic at all the stops. The hardest part was at the end when our guides asked which was our favorite stop on the tour. None of us could come up with just one answer. They were all so good. Along with eating such delicious food, we learned about the interesting history of Lewiston. Who knew what a fascinating place existed practically in our own backyards! Alicia and Chris were well informed and such friendly guides. You know they have given many of these tours, but they certainly didn't show it; their enthusiasm really made our group feel special. The tour was very well planned, just the right amount of walking, learning, and eating. Definitely a fun day for all of us. I highly recommend this tour.

We came up for a concert at the Artpark and decided to try something new. We did this tour because it highlighted local restaurants, with nice samples, and gave local history with a walk around town. Our tour guide was amazing and you can tell she loves her town! We definately would recommend this to anyone who has a few hours and how wants to try out the local eateries.

Delightful walk through Lewiston. Our tour guide was a lovely and enthusiastic young woman. Each of the historical places visited were very interesting and the food was fantastic. A special shout out to Camelo's it was the best. Ice coffee at the "Orange Cat" was really really good too. It was all excellent! We highly recommend it.
