Lots of stairs, but well worth the trip! It was really beautiful and informative! You get a booklet to read as you walk through each area and everything is very well marked. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful!

Be sure to make an online reservation before turning up at the Limahuli Garden & Preserve as the parking space is limited and you need a reservation to enter the gardens. The gardens are lovely to wander through and we appreciated the shady spots where we could sit and take a break and take in the beautiful scenery. By no means is this the best botanical garden I have visited in all my travels, its beautiful simply not the best, but if you love plants and gardens then I think this is a worth a visit. It cost our family of four $100 for our tickets, and you have 1.5-2 hours to walk through the gardens in your allotted time.
