Great way to learn, and see a good amount of historical sites. Filled with great bits of information, and very easy to follow. We purchased tickets to the Ford Theater and took that tour after completing the self guided audio tour. Made for a great afternoon, would highly recommend.

Do not book through this website. The Ford Theatre does not accept the mobile tickets. I had to get tickets on-site. The actual tour was very interesting once we were able to get access.

We do think this is clear in the product description Mary Ann. The first line states: "PLEASE NOTE: This is a self-guided audio tour, and does not include entry to any of the locations mentioned along the way including the Ford's Theatre." We also messaged you after you made the booking to give you more information about the tour, and this message included the following: "Please note that, as stated on the product description, this purchase does not include entrance to any attractions." This is a self-guided tour from Lafayette Park to Ford’s Theatre about Lincoln's last day, narrated by a Washingtonian journalist and tour guide. We're sorry that this created confusion for you, but we have done our best to prevent it. I've messaged you directly to offer a refund.

I didn't go - tours are FREE if you just walk up to the window. Your Web site did not make it clear that I was not dealing with the Ford Theater directly.

Hi Sandra This is not a scam. We've made it clear that the tour is a self-guided audio tour in Washington about Lincoln's Assassination. We've also included this note at the start of the product's description: "This is a self-guided audio tour, and does not include entry to any of the locations mentioned along the way including the Ford's Theatre." I have processed a refund for you. You should receive notification of this shortly. Keep well, Alicia
