My husband had problems accessing the recording, when moving from location to location. Stopped and started.

Thanks for this feedback. It's hard to say what might have been the problem here without more information. The audio should stop and start because it's using your GPS location to play everything automatically, at the right time and place, and so it sounds as if maybe you thought the app wasn't working properly when there was some silence along the way. Could that be it? VoiceMap has an average rating on the App Store of 4.8/5 from over 1,000 reviews, and it does work reliably, so we'd really appreciate more details on this. Could you email me at [email protected]?

Because of the blocked streets we could not experience the tour at all. We couldn’t even get to the starting location. I am pursuing a refund. Quite disappointed.

We're sorry you couldn't do the tour Liza! We didn't hear from you beyond receiving this review, but we've now processed a refund. We've also messaged you through Viator because we'd like to also give you credit for a free tour, in any of VoiceMap's 200 plus destinations. We do try to stay up to date on roads closures and other events that might prevent people like you from doing a tour, but 2020 has not made this easy. I can only say that this is only the second time we have received feedback like this in seven years. All the best, Iain

A lot of road closure, construction, and demonstrations. Took awhile to get app to down load. But after all that we enjoyed the audio tour.
