What To Expect

St. Patrick's Cathedral

Start off your tour in the shadow of the original Saint Patrick's Cathedral and learn all about it's rich history in the neighborhood as a pillar of the Italian community, peek inside the "little door" and see where the most iconic Godfather Movie scene was shot!

Elizabeth Street Garden

Stroll through this beautiful neighborhood garden, filled with classic statures and modern sculptures. Learn all about it's storied history and how it may be demolished soon to make way for more housing.

Lots of fun with great food and a great guide! We went with my aunt and her friend who have done this tour before. I would definitely do it again

Burt is so interesting and engaging. We visited great stops and enjoyed Burt's commentary along the way. This is our second food tour with Brad and we highly recommend him and the experience!

Bert was a great tour guide. He is so knowledgeable, friendly, patient and best of all FUNNY. We enjoyed all of our food stops, the local history and neighborhood trivia, and our fellow tour participants. Had a great day. This is my third Foods of NY tour - guess I will have to try to do all the rest of them! Thanks Bert and Foods of NY Tours, for a wonderful, yummy food filled and fun filled day!
