Whale watching in the wild and pristine waters of Icy Strait, where Humpback whales are abundant and sighted on every trip, with small business owner Captain Josh! Otter and Steller Sea Lions are also very common, with Orcas, Brown Bears, and other wildlife frequently sighted!

Owned and operated by our own Captain Josh, he will be your personal guide as he navigates the wilderness waters of Icy strait. What makes his tours special is the energy he has and the creative ways he finds to show you his beloved wildlife, so that you can really see and appreciate these creatures with him, and to make every tour amazing.

His 14 passenger vessel was designed specifically for whale watching on Alaska's waters, and will provide a safe and stable viewing platform for you. He also provides the one truly Drone-integrated whale watching tour in the world, providing you with views and videos of wildlife that are truly unique, and at the end of it, you get to take the footage from your tour home!

Josh and Patrick both are really good and professional. Small boat , few people and more time to watch whale. We saw lot of whales, bubble net fishing, chin slap, jumping out of water..also, nice drone footage .. book with confidence.

Highly recommend this tour with Captain Josh to experience some truly magical stuff. We saw around 8-10 humpback whales bubble-net feeding which was probably one of the coolest things I've ever seen in my life. We also saw otters, sea lions, and eagles. Amazing experience overall. Our boat wasn't crammed at all, we were able to move around from front to back of the boat to see the wildlife & animals. We looked at all of the other boats and they were slam packed and no one could move around those boats.

If I could award more stars I would! This was truly one of the best trips we have ever take. Captain Josh was professional, knowledgeable and passionate about respecting the marine environment. We saw so much wildlife but x9 humpback whales bubble net feeding was the undoubted highlight. The drone footage we were able to purchase for a very reasonable $20 added to our memories. Can't wait to return.
