I loved this tour. It is perfect for someone, like me, who wants to see some sights in an active way. A bus/van tour would not have made me happy. We had an excellent clear day, which improved the tour even more. The guide, Alex, was knowledgeable, easy to get along with and patient.

After reading reviews from TripAdvisor, I decided to rent a bike from this location. Apparently this guys don't check their bike before renting and I got a defective bike. As you can see from the elevation map I was riding downhill and didn't realize it it is defective until I tried to go uphill. When I realized it and called them and after second try they were able to fix the bike and I came back and asked for a refund. Until this time everything was going as business as usual, then rental employee called his boss to explain the situation. Unfortunately, owner don't realize that he is in service industry and started yelling at me over the phone. I calmly explained my situation and showed all the photos and videos that I took to his employee. They denied any wrongdoing even though I had all the proof.

Thanks for keeping to your word, Gary. Hi to anyone reading this. Gary rented an electric bike from us today and had an very brief issue with the bike entering safety mode that resulted in him only being able to go 10 mph instead of 20 mph. We instructed Gary to call us if he had any issues with his bike and we would come out to replace it if we were not able to trouble shoot over the phone. Gary did indeed call us and within 3 MINUTES and a couple of button presses his bike was fixed and he was immediately back on his way. Gary enjoyed our bike for 7 hours today, riding over 40 miles out to the beach towns and back (and seemingly many sights along the way). Upon return, Gary asked us for a full refund which we thought was very odd. We told Gary that we would not issue a refund since we were able to (very quickly) troubleshoot and fix his bike. We even offered Gary a cold beer for the 5 minute inconvenience. Gary then threatened to write this review and call his bank to dispute the charge on his account. We think Gary was just having a very bad day which was not a result of his bike rental, and we wish Gary a great rest of his holiday.
