My 3 friends and I booked the half day LA tour. Vincent was to be our tour guide/driver, however he could not do it that particular day and found a replacement driver, Bernard. Bernard was super. He took us all over the city. We were looking forward to getting to the Hollywood sign, but because it was the day of the eclipse, the road was blocked off. Bernard then took us somewhere else where we could see the sign and he took photos of us with the sign in the background. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire him again.

We’ve been to LA several times but I can honestly say Vincent was one of the best tour guides we’ve had. He arrived on time (early in fact) for a pick up from our hotel. He was really friendly and very knowledgeable and a safe driver. We saw some great sites and he was really flexible. Taking us to see some things my daughter really wanted to see. I can highly recommend Vincent and we would definitely use him again.

It’s taken me way too long to write this but I wanted to wait until I had time to properly celebrate the magic that was a tour with Vincent. I was a bit busy with work so didn’t have a ton of time to plan in advance. After reading reviews for various companies I decided on Victor and was thrilled he was available on such short notice. His team was very responsive and booking was a breeze. After spending almost 2 decades leading high-touch service experiences I’ve developed high expectations…lol…though I try to extend grace when hiccups happen. So the speed and quality of response matters a great deal. We had the opportunity to customize our tour and because it was an MLK mother/daughter trip we wanted to experience some Black history. Victor quickly accommodated our request. He picked us up early and gave us the most thoughtfully designed tour. Victor took the time to research some of the places I’d requested and was able to provide us with lots of history and background on the places we were visiting. He went out of his way to find hassle free ways for us to experience the city and was able to make it interesting for the 2 young children with us. I highly, highly recommend Vincent! Thanks for a wonderful day in LA.
