The driver for our Private Arrival Transfer from LAX to the Santa Monica JW Marriott never showed up. We waited for 45 minutes, and kept trying to call the local representative at 888-665-6660. We tried every extension and got only voicemails. When we selected 0 to go to an operator, we simply reached another voicemail option. There was no way to reach a live person. We finally gave up and booked an Uber in order to get to the airport. We believe that we are owed a refund from Viator for this awful experience.

Pathetic. The driver didnt come to pick us up nor did he gave his number so that we could coordinate with him. Had to wait 1.5 hour for them before leaving on our own.
