I did the Secret Tour Of Venice Beach, LA in Jan 2019 with two of my local friends. We felt like the places chosen were not the best representatives of good food in LA (donuts in the last place were not eatable), as well as the "cheapest". We would also visit the chain restaurants, which you can find across LA - so not that specific to Venice Beach. It was okish, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We've worked hard to put together a menu that is authentic and diverse, just like Venice Beach. We're proud of the itinerary provided and stand by our restaurants and the fresh, local, tasty bites they offer. We maintain a strict policy of not visiting chain restaurants on any of our tours, however on our LA tour, we do stop at one family-owned restaurant with a couple of locations in the South Bay. The vast majority of guests who've taken this tour have found it to be an exceptional, authentic experience, including many locals, so we're sorry you didn't feel similarly. We would love for you to give us another chance, and we welcome you to try any of our other 35+ tours around the world.
