The canyon adventure it self was amazing, but we had a small group of tourists who refused to wear their mask per regulations caused a scene loosing our tour guide to having to escort them out. If you can't wear a mask during the tour please stay behind, you ruin the experience for others!

There must be option to get credit for our money when unexpected things happen. My wife got sick with flu and strep when I asked the operator no other option given other than losing the money. We as a group lost 640$ for nothing which is a lot.
