The guide Jerry was wonderful BUT the company was rude. They said due to the fact that I booked through a 3rd party, they had to change the time of my tour. Generally, everyone at check-in was rude. Again, our guide was wonderful.

This was the most breathtaking visit of my entire trip. I would highly recommend to everyone. The pictures do not do it justice and by far the coolest thing to be able to walk through such a beautiful canyon. Our guide Philondo was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, funny and knew exactly where to stop to get the best photo opps. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was the address listed did not take you directly to the meeting spot at Kens Tours. We also arrived a half hour early for our 10AM tour but was then given the 1030 time slot so had to sit around and wait a hour. When I questioned it they had no answer.

We are so glad you could enjoy. Those instructions about the times are what the local guide company tell us, so we are sorry that it was not the best timing for you. They do require that we tell guests to be there 30 min early.
