We booked through Viator. When we arrived an hour early for our 12 tour we were told we only had 1 ticket and it was for 12:30. When I showed our conformation for 12 and 2 people the lady said they are booked and we would need to wait until 1:30. The tour was great and our guide Kevin was very good too.

This was worth it for Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. That being said, not the best tour company I’ve experienced. I was prepared for a large group and bus so I knew what we were getting into with that. However, I have taken large bus tours before and they were much better organized with boarding the bus by calling names in order of when reserved. This was a free for all with a stampede so we were last on, in spite of reserving months prior. You need to prepare to bring your own water. Every tour that I’ve had with other companies that said it was provided, honored that. They don’t, so don’t believe that on your receipt. Also, no boxed lunch which was also on our receipt. Not only that, but no lunch stop at all and zero explanation. I can skip a meal but they really should let people know. If I had known that a box lunch was not true, I would have brought something or purchased more at the stop on the way from the gas station. We finally stopped at Burger King around 5pm. That was it for meals for 15 hours. Be warned that there is no stop on the 5 hour drive back. We wanted to see Antelope Canyon and this was the only option (other companies not available) but if you can go with someone else, I would. Not the worst ever but not the best by far.
