Do NOT use this company (VIP Tours). We were at the specified location at the time we were told to be there. The guide texted 15 minutes before then and said “I’ll give you 5 minutes” then “I’m gonna leave you lady”. We had him on the phone and told him our exact location (which was where he texted us to meet him the night before), and he told us, on the phone, that he couldn’t see us so he was leaving us. We told him exactly where we were and he did not speak English well at all. So, we were exactly where we were supposed to be, at the time we were told to be there, had him on the phone, and he flat out said “I’m leaving you”. Emailed the company explaining the situation and requested a refund and they said “unfortunately at this time we are unable to give you a refund.” My husband and I travel a lot and we’ve been on many tours and we have NEVER experienced anything as terrible as this.

It’s beautiful, the agreement when you book the tour sound excellent , but they distribute to local contractor tour it’s hard and confusing and the pick up and drop off you need to pay for extra more money and etc. Not so clear and lots of confusion that everyone is complaining what’s going on.

It was an amazing 2-day trip. Enough time to experience some of the must-dos in Grand Canyon such as Bright Angel and Mather Point. And perfect timing for the light beams in Antelope Canyon. More importantly, super friendly and professional guide!
