The tour was very well organized. We had 10 people in our small group, 5 of us and 2 other families. Our guide Garrett was fantastic, shared history and interesting feature of the Canyon with us. He also gave us some tips for taking the most amazing photos and took the most beautiful photos of us. The whole experience was really great! Highly recommend!

The tour is good, canā€™t go wrong with the Canyon. One of the most beautiful things Iā€™ve seen! It didnā€™t start well for me, though. I was driving from the south rim of the Grand Canyon, my tour was at 9am, but on my confirmation email it said: ā€œ Checkin Time: 08:15AM (Must arrive 45 mins earlier than your tour time to check in. Reservation will be voided if late.) So I started driving at 5am to be there on time and I was, only to see the checking window open at 8:30am (there is no one there before that) and really the tour leaves at 9. So why was I waiting in the cold for useless 45min?? I could havegotten there at 8:60 no problem. I hated the wait in the cold! Made no sense. And even though there is no mask mandate in the state, they demand you wear one, which I have no problem with. But I didn't have one with me and instead of giving me a mask, they said they are only available for sale! During the tour everyone takes their mask off, including the guides. No one takes pictures with masks. So it didnā€™t seem like they are really concerned about being safe against COVID. If the CDC and the state do not demand a mask, why do they? And if they do, you really canā€™t give a customer that spent $90 on the tour a disposable mask? This was all very annoying. If you want to make sure everyone is safe, then demand proof of vaccination! The guide was a sweetheart, there was absolute no. Social distancing either, of course. The canyon is very narrow and we all needed to gather up to hear the guide. Itā€™s all very hypocritical. But due to the natural beauty, I recommend the tour. Maybe with another company, but still, a must see.
