The Tour was very informative. The only thing that I found odd was the tour guide and group were no where in sight and I couldn't contact the tour guide to find where they went. I feel duped

The Tour Guide sets a meeting time for the group. If you choose to be on your own, you are entitled to explore at your convenience. The Tour Guide reports all people who didn't show up at meeting time and the group continues.

Absolutely superb visit with a hugely informative and interesting Guide from the American Tour Guide Association. As a family this was our first visit to New York and the first time we have booked an excursion in the UK using Trip Advisor. It was a fantastic day! We were greeted at the Meeting point by our tour guide Paula, who throughout was hugely welcoming, informative, knowledgeable and humorous making this an iconic visit to two iconic landmarks one we will never forget! Our tour and tour guide was excellent. She kept us on time, ensured all families were able to see what they wanted to see or concentrate on. She had in depth knowledge on the area, and the monuments we visited.
