Swimsuits and shorts work best. Secure shoes with a heel-strap are required (tennis shoes, water shoes, or sport sandals with a heel-strap). Bare feet and flip-flops are not allowed. Don't forget to bring a change of clothes and a towel

What To Expect

Pigeon River

We have a big facility with picnic tables and a food truck, plenty of parking. We are located by the Pigeon river and there is a campground right next to us.

Smoky Mountain Outdoors Rafting

The River Outpost is where all customers check in to go down the river. Everyone needs to show up 45 minutes before there schedule time in order to check in.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

We had DJ as our guide - he was phenomenal and made us feel very safe with our four kids on the raft. Very knowledgeable and very fun!! Thanks, DJ! All of the kids want to do it again! :)

Awesome place to do a rafting trip - we did the lower pigeon which is slower but still a ton of fun! We would definitely use this group again.

We had a great guide named Sean, with long hair and a “hippie” stashe ! He was a great guide and talked to us the whole trip. The trip had enough action but not too scary! My husband and I enjoyed ourselves and would do this trip again! Very well organized and clean . Two thumbs up!
