Children must be accompanied by an adult
Swimsuits and shorts work best. Secure shoes with a heel-strap are required (tennis shoes, water shoes, or sport sandals with a heel-strap). Bare feet and flip-flops are not allowed. Don't forget to bring a change of clothes and a towel

What To Expect

Pigeon River

We have a big facility with picnic tables and a food truck, plenty of parking. We are located by the Pigeon river and there is a campground right next to us.

Smoky Mountain Outdoors Rafting

The River Outpost is where all customers check in to go down the river. Everyone needs to show up 45 minutes before there schedule time in order to check in.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Had a great time rafting today with our rafting guide, Nathan, who was such a fun guide and knew how to make the trip even more interesting than it already was. Funny jokes and great personality, can’t wait to go back!

With Justine as our guide, for 1st timers, she had the patience of an angel. From instructing us on our gear and how to use/wear it we had an awsome time - and NO mishaps!

So fun! Jean Paul was fantastic. We stayed and did the Upper too with Brett who was also great. Highly recommend.
