Overview

This is a great tour if you are focused on wildlife and a little nervous about heights! We cover all the lower valley key areas such as Sheep lakes, Alluvial Fan Waterfall, Moraine Park, and either Sprague or Bear Lake. The views are amazing and this is typically where you will find most of the wildlife. All tours are interpretive and get you to areas most people drive past. We give you plenty of time at each stop for photos and to enjoy the beauty.

My husband and I totally enjoyed our tour with Ben. He's funny, kind and his knowledge of the park and the animals is amazing. The van is super comfortable and you won’t have to worry about getting cold when those temperatures drop. If you’re thinking about taking a tour during your stay in Estes Park, don’t hesitate to book with Ben. I promise, you won’t be disappointed!

The lower level tour was wonderful. Pick up was very convenient. Ben was very friendly, very knowledgeable about the park, the surrounding area and most importantly the animals. He know just where to find them. We saw everything we had hoped. Lots of Elk and a few mule deer. I would highly recommend Estes Park Tours and if I am lucky enough to go back to Colorado, I would book this tour company again for one of the other tours. Thank you Ben for a wonderful experience.

Though I have not been on many wildlife tours in my time, this has got to be one of the best around. We felt so lucky that we had an entire tour to ourselves (4 adults + 1 child). Ben allowed us to make decisions on where we wanted to visit based on previous animal sightings. While we weren't able to spot a moose, we did see (and hear!) plenty of elk and a few mule deer. Plenty of opportunities for photos of wildlife and scenery. We're so glad we booked this tour, despite our 4 year old throwing up in front of a bull elk :) Ben was tremendously kind, personable, accommodating and VERY knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting him and chatting with him and are so glad we chose Estes Park Grand Tours!
