Overview

This is a great tour if you are focused on wildlife and a little nervous about heights! We cover all the lower valley key areas such as Sheep lakes, Alluvial Fan Waterfall, Moraine Park, and either Sprague or Bear Lake. The views are amazing and this is typically where you will find most of the wildlife. All tours are interpretive and get you to areas most people drive past. We give you plenty of time at each stop for photos and to enjoy the beauty.

This is a follow the tour guide tour. Customer must have their own car.

Toured lower valley with Kevin. Excellent experience and appropriate for our family, including our 2-year old. Kevin was knowledgeable and patient with us. Fortunate to have some close encounters with Elk.

My wife and another couple took the Lower Valley Tour with our tour guide Neal. What an amazing tour as we were able to see things we would not have been able to if not for Neal's knowledge of the park. We were in Estes for only two days and we wanted to get the most out of our visit. This was just perfect. Neal was an excellent Tour Guide and has years of experience in the park. He was not only knowledgeable but very friendly and accommodating to our wishes. Over the 3 hours (we even went slightly longer) we covered everything advertised including the Alluvual Waterfalls, Sprague Lake and Morraine Park where we saw a heard of Elks. Neal carefully explained everything to us and stopped frequently so we could take photos and boy did we get some great shots. If we ever return to Estes we will certainly look to hook again with Neal to take other available tours. This is a must tour if you want the real feel of Estes Park.

We wanted to be able to relax and enjoy the mountains without having to do the driving and this exceeded all expectations!! Ben was a wonderful tour guide and had so much knowledge. We were able to see a lot of animals, including a bear! If you want to choose a tour in Estes Park, this is the one to choose. The vehicle was very comfortable too. You will not be disappointed, it was the highlight of our trip!
