The Captain and crew were excellent! This is the most beautiful place I’ve ever seen. The captain was very knowledgeable with the history of Kauai. Would highly recommend this tour!

The company was easy to deal with and very helpful. The crew were so friendly and accommodating and could not do enough for us- from helping us negotiate our steps during rocky waters to keeping us hydrated to providing information to being our personal photographer to keeping the drinks flowing.the dinner was very good. Captain Greg was wonderful telling us su much history and spotting and pointing out wildlife. We saw spinning dolphin and even spotted a whale. AMAZING! Oh and I forgot to Mention the breathtaking views. This experience was the best of our vacation thus far and will be hard to beat. Thank you Lucky Lady 💕

HORRIBLE! Went on morning cruise with a little wind but nothing horrible. After we boarded the catamaran (15 minutes) we were told we COULD NOT DO ANY SNORKELING as captain thought water was too rough. First hour was OK because we saw a few dolphins but last half over 90% of the passengers were sick with buckets for throwing up. I am 54 and do not get sick so sat in front on way out and in back for Napali coast which I saw none of because the ride was so rough. Was thrown up on by woman on top deck who missed the water. 90% of people on boat had bucket at the end. Understand they can’t control the weather or water BUT they can foresee the conditions and did not - I would have rather gone another day or better time and as a customer should have been offered that prior to boarding. Adult daughter was injured after hitting large wave and falling.
