Wear: sunglasses & hat that secure to your head. Plan on getting wet. We are a barefoot tour unless a medical condition prevents that, please inform your captain

We just returned from our summer vacation to Kaua'i and our afternoon/early evening excursion with Kaua'i Sea Tours was the highlight of the trip. All 4 family members voted it as the best part of the vacation. Great views of Pacific Missile Range base and other beaches along the coast as you leave Port Allen. Then the fun begins...the natural architecture of the island is revealed about an hour and a half into the journey. Incredible vistas of the steep, sheer cliffs, and great views of the canyons. Our boat captain, Evan, was awesome with tremendous information throughout the trip. Cam, Colin, and Nate were very helpful with food, drinks, snorkeling equipment. Great marine life to be seen during the snorkeling portion. The food was really good as well. (Sneak some frozen peas onto the boat for use during snorkeling. They really attractive the fish!)

We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. The coastline was beautiful, and our captain, Kauai, was terrific, sharing the history and environment of this area. The crew was very pleasant and attentive; the food and drinks were very good. The best was the pod of dolphins we encountered. I highly recommend! Tip: If you aren't sure, take Dramamine, as the ocean can be rolling.

After having viewed the Napali Coast and Weimea Canyon from the air, my wife and I decided to include a catamaran cruise by Kauai Sea Tours into our Kauai adventure trip...and we are glad that we did. Welcomed by "Captain Kauai" and his 3-person crew, they did a great job of providing an overview of what we would experience. Starting in the mid-afternoon, the trip returned to port about 7:30 PM. The journey starts at Port Allen and goes along the coast, with frequent excursions closer to the cliffs. Superb photo opportunities. We had the opportunity to see Green Sea Turtles and a pod of 80-100 Spinner Dolphins. Waves were okay in most areas, but really choppy in others. Those with the tendancy to get motion sickness should be prepared in advance. Crew did a great job in attending to all guests, with snacks and drinks. Buffet dinner on the way back was just right. First class job by all concerned!! Highly recommended.
