First I need to say that Captain Kauai was amazing. He made the trip great! He was so knowledgeable and had so many great history and stories to tell. As far as the booking that was a nightmare. I had called the night before cancel two of the people on our trip within the 24 hours and they canceled our whole trip. I had made it very very clear who I was canceling and even followed up with an email so this would not happen. The next morning I had and email that my whole trip was canceled. I called and they told me the boat was booked. They said they would try to get us back on the boat but I would need to wait until the end of the day. Well I spent half of my day at the rental house trying to find us a new trip. I felt I could not leave because I had no service outside of the house. I did get a call later that night telling me they had 3 spots and did I want them. Well I was not going to leave one of my family members behind. So no. They said they would book us the next day for and evening cruise and we did do this but I was very very disappointed that they told me they would not offer us any discount on the next tour. Really Really bad business in my option. For this I would never go back and never recommend to anyone. I spent so much time trying to find another trip for us and hoped they would have compensated us for their mistake. Well you lost a customer.

Really enjoyed the tour and crew on our sunset cruise. Definitely recommend bringing sunscreen and a jacket (for wind and when the sun sets). Also recommend wearing clothes that you don't mind getting wet as it rains a lot in Kauai and there will naturally be some water that splashes up onto the boat.
