This is the second response to your request to review Na Pali Sunset Dinner Cruise. You didn't post the first one, so here goes the second time. The cruise should have been canceled in the first place, due to 100% Rain and Thunderstorm advisory. I asked to be rescheduled, but the Captain wanted to go. The Captain makes the final decision, and he wanted the money as did the parent company. 10 minutes after leaving Port Allen Harbor, you couldn't see past the coast line due to clouds and overcast. Pounding rain and strong winds the rest of the trip. People were puking on the deck and in buckets. Crew tried to clean up the best they could. The trip was cold, wet and miserable. The so called "Sunset dinner" was a mediocre buffet of rice, chicken parts and veggies. There was no Sun and there was no sunset. A total waste of time and money. I see some of the other reviews and I can not understand what they are talking about. Having a Chocolate chip as the high point of your trip is beyond me. If you want to throw your money away, this is as good a place to do that.

We went on a sunset dinner cruise with Tom and his crew. Best crew ever! They were always there to help and made sure a drink was always in hand. Tom went just a step further than normal to make sure our experience was memorable.... Even though the clouds covered some of the beauty we were viewing. I was hesitant to go because of the weather, but glad we did. Thanks so much for turning a cloudy overcast day into something fun and memorable!

Great trip with Captain Jeff! Crew was very attentive. We saw dolphins, whales and the beautiful Na Pali coast. Food was ok. Chocolate chip cookies made up for the ok dinner. The crew worked hard for you. Captain was very knowledgeable and funny. He even stayed out longer for the sunset. Only negative was they had us check-in at 1:30 and we did not head to the dock until 2:15 so, we sat around for 40 minutes even though they said to be right by the door at 1:45 after check-in.
