From check in to leaving the ship at the end of the tour, everything was first class. The captain and crew were very attentive to people's needs. The young men would stop and make sure you were doing well, if you needed water or a beverage, stopped to chat and the people with motion sickness were well taken care of. We were able to see an unheard of amount of whales this particular day and the captain, although on a schedule to get back to the harbor on time, stopped and let us watch and observe the whales. I strongly recommend this to people visiting Kauai!!

We weren't able to make it to Na Pali because of rough seas and high winds, but the crew did an excellent job of turning it into a whale watching cruise and it was still a lot of fun and very educational. The service was great and the food was excellent.

The captain and crew gave us a really fun time on this cruise. They were all so nice, personable and highly skilled. We were well taken care of. Don't go looking for high cuisine or top shelf drinks, but that's okay. It's just wonderful to be on the water, have a drink or two and get fed while seeing sights you can only see from water or air. The NaPali coast is awe-inspiring. You can't get enough photos with your jaw hanging open. We saw multiple whales, plus a school of very playful dolphins. If you're prone to motion sickness, just take a pill or a patch and don't let it stop you. You're cruising on the Pacific Ocean, for crying out loud!
