We had a blast on the Tuk Tuk! From the moment our carriage arrived, lights a blazing, we knew we were in for a fun night. Our guide, Laila, was playful and knowledgeable and made our time great. We loved the disco lights and the tunes kept the energy high. As we moved through San Francisco, people waved and looked on with envy. This was a fantastic experience!

Tuk Tuk tour states up to 6 persons in a tuk tuk. However the girl who booked it for us at the office said that they very rarely put 6 adults together. We had a lady with us and that was ideal. The seats were heated which was very welcome and Leila was a fantastic guide. She really threw herself into her work. Enthusiastic, funny and very knowledgeable about the City. Could not have been more helpful at the end of the tour to get us where we needed to go. All in all thoroughly recommend, try and get Leila if you can.

Not as advertised. Our guide did not know streets at night and as such drove around more in neighborhoods, taking corners and eventually I got motion sickness. He spent so much time talking about resident hotels and his 6.5 years in China that it was boring. We only got out three times to take photos (civic center, golden gate, and stupid Yoda fountain). You could not take pictures from the Tuk Tuk because he never stopped and the sides were too high up you had to duck down below the top. Honestly, this was a waste of money. The advertisement said we would go to Fisherman's Wharf, Embarcadero, Bay Bridge, Coit Tower - we did none of these. We spent a lot of time in the Presidio area - not even something listed. With only two dayts in San Fran we thought this would get uis around to see most highlights. That was wrong. Do not waste your money unless you just want to drive around and have people point at the cool lights spaying LUCKY across the top. Not fun and not worth half the price even.

Hi Barbara - Thanks for booking our new Night Tuk Tuk Tour in SF. I would like to personal apologize that the tour guide, tour content and route was not as promised. I was completely horrified to read you review of my company. This was apparently the 1st time this guide had run the night route (after being trained on it a couple of months ago) and he started running the completely different day route and more than obviously never recovered. This is completely inexcusable. We have refunded your full amount and extend the offer for a free Tuk Tuk Tour when you return to SF (day or night) to show you the sites we love to share with guests. Again - from me and our crew very sorry that we made this huge error.
