We are from California and were visiting our daughter and her family in Ft Worth TX. We had two free days and decided to visit Waco. This was a great two day trip from Ft Worth. We stayed at Hotel 1928 which was fabulous. Dinner at The Brasserie at Hotel 1928 was amazing. We also visited the Sylos which is what I called Chip and Joanne’s theme park, which we also enjoyed. Highly recommended.

We had a terrific sunset cruise with Captain Brad and First Mate Liz. The weather was a bit chilly but we were made warm and cozy with blankets and hot chocolate. We very much enjoyed learning about the area and its history, with Liz and Brad making the experience fun. We also loved the photos Liz took along the way to share with us. But most of all, their sincere warmth and hospitality made the tour so memorable and special.

I highly recommend the River cruise to everyone the staff ( Betty and captain Jack ) was AWSOME!!! The River was beautiful and full of surprises . We will be coming back.
