I liked the stories. The people were very nice and punctual. They even had motion sickness pills on hand when I forgot mine.

I don’t understand why they refuse to follow social distancing and pack people in the boat. That certainly is not following the Governor’s orders. They are bold enough to post they are not following the rules. Bought tickets and for a refund because I was not going to be packed in like sardines and exposing my family to Covid.

Hello and thank you for your concern. I think you may be confused on the orders given by the State of Michigan. We do have it posted that we are unable to comply with social distancing hence why we require everyone to wear a mask, including staff. This is posted on our website, reservation confirmations and in multiple locations around our ticket office. If you were to look the the govenors orders it states that if you are unable to socially distance, masks need to be worn, which is the policy we have in place on our boat tours. We also have droped our capacity by 33% in order to allow for some space between our guests. If you have further questions about how we are protecting our staff and guests feel free to email me at [email protected]. Thank You Chris W
