We had a wonderful cruise. Sensational views of the bridge and the sunset/moonrise. I would recommend this cruise for everyone. The information shared by the ship's crew was interesting. We enjoyed the conversations with other passengers as well.

We took a sunset cruise on a clear but somewhat rough evening on the Straits. A wonderful trip, thoroughly enjoyable. This is a small boat, originally built for lobster trap servicing off the Maine coast. Plenty of freeboard and very steady in the high waves. Maximum capacity is around 33, so it is important to check in when required as they have so few seats. A very nice trip run by people who could not be nicer or more accommodating. I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Mackinaw City but travelers should bear in mind this is a smaller boat than the regular Mackinac Island ferries, so you will get much closer to the Straits, whether you like it or not!
