A staff member on the seventh floor for the "Clown Carnage" game named "Serena" was mother nurturing, sweet, and generous with my family and I. However, she is personally my favorite staff member in the Madame Tussauds Wax Museum of New York and I would recommend "Serena" to the other visitors who who would visit there.

My Boyfriend & I came out for a day trip along with my (Daughter 8 & 2 Nieces 13 & 18) to visit for a day trip. This was one of the 1st things on our to do list. When I tell you we had a ball. It was amazing 🤩 the whole experience was awesome. The Museum The Carnival Carnage 7D & The Marvel 4D. My daughter was the only one who did the wax hand. She loves it and use it for a ring holder. It was more then we expected. So much more we spent 4hrs here enjoying every bit of it. Very well worth it we will be back soon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

And I agree with you when you add the Marvel 4D and the Carnival Carnage you add time to your visit but it is well worth it , even though the Carnival Carnage scares me .We're the World's Greatest Wax Museum for a reason, right? I have requested a refund. We waited for about 45 minutes and we called viator customer service several times and no one ever gave us directions on where to go or if we were getting picked up. We paid $120.00 and clearly very unhappy with the service.
