We have been to NYC many times and each time we try and do something new to 'mix it up'. I am so glad we did this. It was so informative and new and really enjoyable. Our guide was really good at filling us in and you get to see so much more than expected (we got to see a hockey practice!) Really recommend this.

We schedule a Spanish tour, we got there at 9:30 for a 10:30 Spanish tour. When we arrived, they told us the Spanish tour was sold out until 12:15!! I bought my tickets 5 days earlier!! I didn't understand they way to handle tours times. I wanted an explanation, the guy got upset and said: First come, first served!!!!!????? How so!!!! I got my tickets in the website !!!

Unable to view the locker rooms due to an event that evening. Each time (twice) that we went into the auditorium we had to relinquish our phones and cameras so very few photograph opportunities. Audio visual presentation was poor quality.
