This was a really good tour. Be sure and eat a good breakfast before you go, and take any snacks/drinks with you. Lunch won't be available until about 1:00-1:30. That being said, see if you can get Valerie for your guide. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and a hoot to boot! It's a delight to get your info. from her. She can tell you everything you could possibly want to know, and a number of things you didn't know you wanted to know. The tour is engaging with the house, but the real prize is all of the history about the entire plantation. Can't recommend enough!

My husband and I booked a Tour G: Magnolia Plantation Tour + City Tour with Adventure Sightseeing. We are from Oviedo, Florida and the weather was 41 degree (Feb. 3, 2018). Bill our tour guide kept us warm and comfortable in the comfortable buses. Bill was knowledgeable, attentive, and entertaining. We had a fun and educational tour of Magnolia Plantation and the historic city of Charleston. If you have an opportunity to visit Charleston, book a Tour with Bill at Adventure Sightseeing.

Great experience that was made extra special by Bill! Thank you! Even on a cold day the grounds were beautiful. Wildlife was abundant. Would like to have more free time to wander so will return.
