Did this tour with my wife and 12-year old twins and had a great time. UTV’s were fast enough to provide a thrill but not so fast as to feel unsafe. Trail was windy and bumpy enough to provide a sense of adventure but never overwhelming or scary. Great way to see the mountain. Our tour included boat ride after the UTV ride and crab lunch at local lodge. Wildlife viewing on boat ride was minimal due to rain (no rain on UTV ride) but views were still incredible. Crab lunch at end was fun. Good sample of some Alaska craft beers. Would definitely recommend the UTV ride and entire tour.

We loved this off road experience going into the untouched, pristine rainforest about 1/2 hour outside of Ketchikan. Hubby loved driving the UTV, I enjoyed the ride, bumps & all, and we both enjoyed the spectacular scenery and the short trek through the rain forest. I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars for 2 reasons: 1) there was no one to meet us at "The Rock". Just a driver in an unmarked van who finally approached us when we were obviously lost & bewildered. 2) We would have liked at "back to ship on time" guarantee.
