Jacob was the best tour guide ever!!! He was alot of fun, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and very helpful. He made sure that our group stayed together, which we did. Give him a raise or promotion. If we knew anyone that was going on this trip, we would recommend going with Jacob. He has a deep connection with his coworkers, when asked leaving the ship who our tour guide was, we told them Jacob, they said oh tell him Happy Birthday.
