Tour guide was great, we had a awesome time. Would recommend. A little confusing with all the tour guides in the same area, but all were friendly and helped out getting everyone where they needed to go. On a side note if you book this park in the parking lot and walk up the hill past the bathrooms.

Our guide was great. Had some good jokes and history to share of the islands. The only reason why this is not a 5 star is because they are not e-mail friendly at all. We ended up going in the morning and wasted the 30 minute drive at 6:15am because they only like to do phone calls and leave voice mail. They assume everyone has a phone and they do not have an email to communicate with. At 7:10 am we borrowed a strangers phone to call them to find out it’s cancelled and we had the option to reschedule or get a refund. I only have an E-sim that only gets me emails and Wi-Fi based apps. I’m not from the states so I have no active phone number. I would really suggest that they send out emails for travelers who cannot receive phone calls if they have to reschedule. If you do not have easy access to a phone I suggest booking elsewhere until they fix this problem.
