Our tour Guide, John was truly amazing. His years of experience were obvious throughout the entire excursion. He was great with our kids and helping them to gain confidence while having a great time as well. John was able to make adjustments on the fly to ensure we saw a lot of turtles while having a superb experience.

Our family (with teenage kids) enjoyed the Makena Turtle Town Eco Adventure with our guide Carlos, who did a great job. We arrived a bit late and got lost finding the right meeting place but Carlos and Maui Kayaks were understanding and helped us to catch up with the rest of the group in a very friendly way. On our tour, we kayak'ed to a location where we snorkeled and saw multiple turtles as well as many other tropical fish. For us, it was a good amount of kayaking with the total trip lasting about 2.5 hours (after all the introductory training and setup) which was plenty. If you want a different experience than the typical snorkeling cruise that gets you sweating a bit, this is a great option!

Had the tour rescheduled due to conditions, almost cancelled but glad we didn't . Was an excellent tour, my wife and I really enjoyed it. The 1st snorkeling spot was really not too much so was worried, but the second spot was simply amazing. I could have spent hours down there. Great guide and really enjoyable
