Really enjoyed the kayak outing! Found turtles in the cave and had a fun time. John was an outstanding guide. Very helpful. We are 70 and had no problem getting in and out of kayak with instructions and hekp from john. 👍

We did a tour with John, my friend and I, on the 18th Decembre 2019 in Maui (it was amazing by the way). He asked us if we wanted photos at the beginning, we said no but at the end of the tour, we asked him to have some. John, as a very kind person, said yes, he will give us some photo with the octopus and of turtles that we saw and we paid 20$. (Because only few photos and no photos of us as we said no at the beginning...). My friend gave him her mail adresse. Unfortunately, at this day we never receive any photos ... it was such a good memorie that I will really love to see and have these photos one day ...

First, the gaps between the kayaks were too big, we as a family wanted to stay close to the kids (who are less trained) and stayed behind. We couldn't hear the instructor's tips and explanations and missing the opportunity to learn from his experience. Second, we purchased the family photo package ($70-$90) and when we got the pictures, we realized we have very few good pictures (less than 10), no family pictures at all, only individuals, and John added more pictures of other people and different occasions, which we could have found online t w/o the need to pay for them. It is important to mention that John asked for immediate payment without showing us even a single picture on his camera's LCD screen (maybe we should have asked to see some pictures before we paid). We tried to reach out to John a few times to tell him we are not happy with the outcome, but he never replied.
