Amazing! We had such a great time, one of our favorite things we did here in Maui. Weather was perfect. Our tour leader John was so friendly and made our experience all the more great! He also took lots of pictures of us swimming with the sea turtles, we saw so many :) This was an unforgettable experience.

If you don’t get a chance to explore the ocean with John, I genuinely feel sorry for you. We kayaked by a pod of dolphins, saw beautiful coral and fish, and chilled with a sea turtle. John is incredibly intelligent and well educated - psych and anthropology background plus a marine scientist for 15 years & an experienced kayaker. We learned so much more than we thought we would and we’re thrilled about it. We felt super safe the whole time. John gave clear directions and was also just super fun to be around. He connected all 10 of us (we were three and joined a family of 7) together so we felt like we were just out on the water for the day with a group of friends. Would do this every day if I could!

Kayaking and snorkeling in the beautiful water of Makena was one of the highlights of our trip! Our tour guide John S. was extremely professional and accommodating. He made sure that we launched and landed safely, as well as how to operate the gears and navigate the water. Seeing the turtles coming out from hidden small caves underwater was a fantastic experience. We also saw lots of colorful fish, sea eels and an adorable octopus! John also recommended us the best poke I've ever had in my life. Couldn't ask for a better way to spend my morning; highly recommended!!
