Overview

This tour is the perfect way to stay dry and view the wild manatees of the Kings Bay Wildlife Refuge.

Hop aboard our US Coast Guard certified vessel where you will join your Master Captain to embark on a journey into the Kings Bay refuge waters. On this tour, you and the group will join us for one of the most memorable experiences of a lifetime!

During this trip we will search for our world famous wild manatees that give Crystal River the title of "The Manatee Capital of the World." There is also a chance to see many other species of birds, turtles, and even a dolphin every now and then so be on the lookout for the impressive variety of wildlife that calls the refuge "home".

For this Manatee Viewing Cruise, you will be meeting our Captain at Pete's Pier. The meet time is 3:45 pm. There is an additional $5 parking fee per vehicle at Pete's Pier, that you are required to pay upon arrival.

This cruise was absolutely amazing! I have been on the manatee viewing cruise with Explorida before and it’s always a wonderful experience- they are the only Cruise I would use honestly. Right now is off season but we still saw so many manatees. Our guide and Captain were so kind, personable, and knowledgeable and they were great with our kids-from teaching them about the Manatees to the patience it takes to make sure they feel comfortable and excited. I always recommend Explorida to anyone wanting to experience swimming with the Manatees for a truly personal and once in a lifetime experience.

Everything! Alex was wonderful guide and so knowledgeable about the bay, manatee and the town. He has a passion for all the above and it shines through! It was my MILs birthday and he made it a very special day for her. I have a new found passion for the manatee and to make sure they are safe . Hope to be back in January and to have Alex as our guide again. Very much worth it ❤️❤️
