Overview

CRWS is proud to be a member of the Save the Manatee Club Guardian Guide Program, promoting responsible eco tourism with manatees. You will get to experience the two best attractions/tours in the area. You will start with a Deluxe Manatee tour break for lunch and then explore scenic Rainbow River. You will get to view some of the best of Florida's Nature Coast. You will have a boat tour of the area, swim with manatees and later snorkel or scuba down Rainbow river. Along the way you may see, deer, pigs, otters, dozens of birds, turtles, manatees, alligator gars, and more. Certified SCUBA divers can dive down Rainbow otherwise you may snorkel it.

It was a great Manatee Tour to the Manatee Sanctuary. Robert was the captain and Yvette crewed. Yvette was very patient and helpful and took many pictures for us to bring home. ( of course for a fee). There were little ones on the trip and she was very patient with them. I thoroughly enjoyed being with the manatee, seeing them sleep, seeing babies feeling. This was in early January in the early morning so it was a little chilly riding out, but the water was warmer. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend it. There is nothing better than seeing a manatee in it's own natural environment. The Sanctuaries created protect them and the tours educate but allow people to interact as natural as possible.

They both love our manatees and sharing the experience with our guests. Our manatees are such amazing creatures. Both majestic and enchanting. We (and the experts) agree with Jacques Yves Costeau: "People protect what they love". Once people swim and snorkel with manatees, they fall in love. Protecting these beautiful and gentle creatures becomes a priority. Our company is so thankful that our guests are willing to act in a respectful and safe manner that allows them to experience the joy in seeing these amazing animal, while also keeping them safe. We also donate some of each tour to support conservation efforts in the Bay, Research and Rescue efforts for the manatees, Education efforts and other things that help in protecting the manatees. Most of our staff also volunteer their time and effort to rescue, health assessments and release efforts as well as volunteer organizations that help protect the manatees. Thank you so much for assisting us in our efforts.
