With the family we wanted to see the mangrove and hear about the Eco Systems but also just experience the amazing surroundings. the 2.5 / 3 hours with Rising Tide just went so fast, the things Forest and Johnny could tell us about the Eco System, the water, the wild life was really amazing and very unexpected, normally its just a tourist guide, this was way way above tourist guide, even the kids thought it was cool, and when a Dolphin came all the way up to the Kajak then it hit 100 points I can only recommend this and the guides was just out of this world and you will not regret it

My Aunt and I went on this tour and we had an amazing time! Forrest was our guide and he was very knowledgable and helpful. This is my second year doing this tour and I can't wait to go again. It is a really incredible experience even if you aren't the strongest kayaker.

We're so glad you and your Aunt had an exciting tour with Forest! Upon your return, maybe try the Sunset Bird Rookery Kayak Tour to see the estuary lit up by the glow of the sunset and a wide variety of birds for another interesting adventure. We look forward to seeing you again in the future!!

Rising Tide Explorers is an excellent company to kayak with. They are quick to respond, very professional, safety conscious, and courteous. Our guide, Sam Troast, was especially knowledgeable and an overall fun person. She shared her wealth of knowledge while sharing her fun and bubbly personality. Even when a storm whipped up and we had to end our tour early, she kept the tour running smoothly. We also met the other guides Forrest and Johnny. All were courteous and professional. Customer service is top notch, as well. They kept us updated on weather patterns from early morning, even pushing back the tour to try to avoid the storms. When we had to end the tour early, Ryan Young, the owner, contacted me via phone afterwards, and offered a discount. I was very surprised and appreciative, as I was not expecting it because the weather was totally out of his hands. Overall, I was extremely impressed and would highly recommend this company. Should I ever find myself in the area again, I will surely participate in another tour!

We're so glad we could provide you with a satisfying experience and we could happily accommodate you for the unfortunate weather changes. It sounds like you still had quite the adventure with Sam and you were still able to experience the wonders of the everglades! We look forward to seeing you on another adventure soon, and hopefully with better weather!
