My husband and I went on the morning mangrove kayak tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable while throwing in some jokes. I would highly recommend this tour to couples or families.

Matt was great. Appreciated his knowledge of the environment and connected many stories to meaningful things. Found lots of critters and got some good exercise.

A friend and I were in Naples for a quick girls weekend and decided to go kayaking. Based on some reviews we chose a Mangrove/mudflat kayak tour & could not have been more happy with our adventure. Our guides, Nick and Evan, were knowledgeable, friendly & very compassionate (as one member of our group lost his balance several times during our tour and they had to assist him getting righted, and back onto his kayak each time). The experience was perfect & we would definitely go back again. The one thing I would mention is that even though the tour is ā€œdoableā€ for most, branches can be quite low to the water and some turns are rather tight. On our way back, the wind was a sort of strong & some of the group struggled a bit. My friend and I are fairly athletic & kayak on Lake Erie during the summer months where it can be rough, so it wasnā€™t an issue for us, but we worried about those who hadnā€™t kayaked before (and said weā€™d likely not bring our 12 year old boys if it was a windy day, bc we werenā€™t sure theyā€™d have enough energy heading back). All that being said, our guides were really awesome with each and every person & spent extra time in the mudflats pointing out cool snails, neat shells & we even found the smallest horseshoe crab I have ever seen! It was a great trip!

Thank you so much for the kind words! We love sharing our favorite place with as many as we can and we are so glad you had a wonderful time on the water. Evan and Nick are amazing and we're glad to hear they made the trip such an enjoyable one. Conditions mostly consist of calm, smooth, shallow water and it sounds like you had a little breeze that day! Our guides are certified ACA kayaking instructors and love showing newer paddlers how to best navigate the winding tunnels and even how to comfortable paddle into a light headwind. Hope to have you back soon for more adventure, and thanks again for a great day on the water!
