The Isle of Capri Paddlecraft Park requires a $10 Parking Pass per vehicle if you do not have a Collier County Beach Parking Sticker

Children under 12 must ride in a tandem kayak with an adult

What To Expect

Marco Island

We will be paddling into the Mangrove Tunnels of the Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve just North of Marco Island launching from the Isle of Capri Paddlecraft Park. The regions only biologist guides will help you find unique wildlife while teaching you about the ecology and history of this amazing place! Get on the water with the guides who have spent their lives studying this area and explore with a real local biologist!

After exploring the mangrove tunnels with the only biologist guides in Naples & Marco, visit our partners at the Rookery Bay Environmental Learning Center and enjoy FREE ADMISSION with the purchase of your tour ticket to explore their exhibits, aquariums, art gallery, theater, and hiking trails! Be sure to ask about becoming a member of the Friends of Rookery Bay to further support the Reserve, gain access to special programs, events, volunteer opportunities, and discounts on tours, rentals, and at the nature store!

My wife and I had a great time on our kayak tour. As first time kayakers, we were not sure what to expect but this was one of our favorite things that we did on our vacation. Sam was great, explained everything, and is extremely knowledgeable! We were able to see beautiful mangroves, dolphins, jellyfish, crabs and star fish and learned so much about how beneficial the southwest FL eco system is! We will be back for sure and will bring our friends and family with us! Don’t hesitate, book now!

We did a boat ride through the mangroves to Keewayden island to do some shelling and it was awesome. Ryan was a great tour guide and very knowledgeable, and the way he guided the tour and explained everything as not only fun and entertaining, but very educational for our kids as well. The shelling experience on the island was also awesome, and we were able to find some super cool sea shells. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone. Our two teenagers loved it as well.
