Mangroves and Manatees - Guided Kayak Eco Tour

Overview
Our tours are geared towards first time and new paddlers.  We go at your speed so you don't have to worry about going out and getting exhausted.  Grab a friend and come along for a unique adventure on the #1-rated Eco-Tour through the mangrove ecosystem. Choose your kayak - single or double - and glide in our shallow clear water over sponges, grass beds, and sandy patches. Looking down, you might see a small nurse shark, turtle, or stingray, or can observe dolphins and manatees. Above water, herons, pelicans, and ospreys settle on the mangroves and hunt for fish. While there are no guaranteed wildlife sightings, we always see something cool in this one-of-a-kind estuary ecosystem that starts right outside the back door of our shop.

We had a relaxed, informative, and enjoyable kayak tour of the bay and mangroves. We had a close up experience with a mother manatee and her baby, and saw other animals that live within the area. Our guide Steve was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, and obiously had a passion for what he does.

Our guide Steven was great! He showed us tons of different sea creatures which were amazing. The kayaking was an easy pace through the mangroves which were stunning.

We had a great time there. Unfortunately we did not see any manatees, but it was a great experience (I have never paddled in my life) and the guide (Mike I think :-)) was cool!
