Overview

Our tours are geared towards first time and new paddlers. We go at your speed so you don't have to worry about going out and getting exhausted. Grab a friend and come along for a unique adventure on the #1-rated Eco-Tour through the mangrove ecosystem. Choose your kayak - single or double - and glide in our shallow clear water over sponges, grass beds, and sandy patches. Looking down, you might see a small nurse shark, turtle, or stingray, or can observe dolphins and manatees. Above water, herons, pelicans, and ospreys settle on the mangroves and hunt for fish. While there are no guaranteed wildlife sightings, we always see something cool in this one-of-a-kind estuary ecosystem that starts right outside the back door of our shop.

My wife and I took the two hour kayak tour and returned a couple of days later for an individual paddle in the creek and the mangrove inlets and backwaters .. amazing environment, I had been visiting numerous state parks looking for wildlife without much luck. The kayak trips solved that problem .. PADDLE could not have been more accommodating to us and helping me keep my camera dry, yet available when needed. I’d have given them six stars if possible!!

this was a perfect trip- short enough for the kids, long enough that the adults had fun. And most of all- manatees! I know there's no way to guarantee them and past performance is no indication of future etc but- we had a mama and baby with us twice, the last time for 10 minutes. Right under our kayaks. It was breathtaking. And Mike our tour guide was great- really easy going and fun but very clear. He knows the area and ecosystem well. The mangroves were amazing, as was the history of their recovery from the Irma, the jellyfish and crabs. no crocs, but after the manatees, who cares? There's also a great fish place and bar next to the shop for snacks after the trip!

Took my two kids on this kayaking trip. I was a bit hesitant at first but after reading the reviews, I felt comfortable going with this company. Our guide Steve was great. He went out of his way to make sure we saw a manatee and jellyfish and some crabs. I would highly recommend this company if this is your first time kayaking or in the area.
