Driver was going to be an hour late, I had to call to find out why driver was not at pickup 30 minutes late and then got a call from Josh saying driver was going to be at least 20 more minutes late to pick us up. I had to cancel and find another mode of transportation to the JFK airport so we didn’t miss our flights at the last minute. Josh said I could cancel and get a refund. Still waiting for refund confirmation.😔

Taxi to JFK was to be at hotel 6pm. After 5 phone calls as to where it was and leaving us going to late for the airport, our bell boy spoke to the driver who then put the phone down on him. Sooo rude. I cancelled the taxi and asked for refund, which is yet to reach my bank. We had to get another taxi and pay a premium as time was not on our side. Sooo disappointed with the company after having good trips with them in the past.
