Misunderstanding regarding pick-up time. I heard and repeated/confirmed, 9:15AM. When van did not appear by 9:35AM, the Bellman at my hotel called the company. He was told 9-FIFTY for pick-up. Regardless, driver/van arrived 10:05AM. Ride was an experience, constant lane change, changed lanes in middle of intersection, (I believe) speeding, but regardless, arrived in one piece at Newark Intnl Airport.

I highly recommend the share ride on GO Airlink NYC from Manhattan to JFK. I took it on Jan 14, 2020, after having reserved it a couple of weeks earlier. They kept me updated by email, reminding me of the reservation. Punctual, fast, a good driver, courteous, the van clean and spacious enough. 5 stars.

Despite filling out all my hotel and flight details ahead of time online, once we arrived at Newark airport we had to do it all over again as there was no record of the information. That meant also that the van was not there waiting, but had to be called as our arrival time was unknown to them even though I had filled out all that info online. We ended up waiting a long time for the van to show up. Then, despite having put our departure info in online as well, we had to call them 24 hours ahead of time and then again 3 hours ahead of time to secure space on the van. All in all it was a pain in the neck and I spent much useless time filling out flight and hotel data online in advance only to have to do it again and again after arrival. I will never use this service again. We did everything online, in advance to hopefully create a seamless ride experience, but had nothing like that. It would have been easier to hail ground transportation at the airport after we arrived rather than to have set things up in advance.
